Kenneth J. Stethem
TSG- Present, Mr. Stethem is a designer/engineer for TSG Power Amplification Generator (PAG), with significant involvement is the design, development, and commercialization of the PAG system. Mr. Stethem is a successful inventor with numerous U.S. and international patents. Several of these patents resulted in International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards being developed.
Kenneth's Bio
Mr. Stethem has founded successful companies in a multitude of industries ranging from law enforcement to cybersecurity and energy. Mr. Stethem founded Aegis Industries, which pioneered an interdisciplinary approach to the design, development, and deployment of non-deadly weapons for the military, law enforcement, corrections, and private security industries. Aegis' research and strategic partners have included the U.S. Army Research, Development & Engineering Center’s (AROEC) Target Behavioral Research laboratory (TBRL), the Harvard- MIT Health Science & Technology (HST) Division, Kansas City Plant (KCP), and tile National Institute of Standards & Testing (NIST).
During his twenty-year career with the U.S. Navy Chief Stethem served as a helicopter search-and-rescue (SAR) crewman, a Senior Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOO) technician, a Sea- Air-Land (SEAL) operator, and a special warfare combatant- craft crewman (SWCC). Chief Stethem served on several SEAL Teams, with the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWOG), the Regional Survey Team (RST), and as a master instructor at the Naval Special Warfare Training Centers (NSWTC) Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BU 0/S) training program.
